GoalsMapper supports the following sign-in methods:
- Passkey
- Sign in with Google
- Email address and password
Use this guide to identify the most likely cause of your login issue.
I forgot my password
Select Forgot Password on the login page and enter the email address registered to your GoalsMapper account.
You will receive an email containing instructions to create a new password.

I did not receive the password reset email
Check your Spam or Junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct registered email address.
Your organisation’s email security system may also have blocked or quarantined the message.
I did not receive my password reset email
I am being asked to complete reCAPTCHA
GoalsMapper may display a reCAPTCHA verification after repeated unsuccessful login attempts.
Complete the verification before trying to sign in again.
I reset my password but still cannot sign in
My account is temporarily locked
Your account may be temporarily locked after five unsuccessful password attempts.
The lockout period increases after further unsuccessful attempts. Wait for the lockout period to end before trying again.
Avoid repeatedly guessing your password, as this may extend the lockout period.
Why is my GoalsMapper account temporarily locked?
My account is permanently locked
Your account will be permanently locked after 20 unsuccessful password attempts.
A permanently locked account must be unlocked by GoalsMapper Support.
Why is my GoalsMapper account permanently locked?
I reset my password but still cannot sign in
Your browser or password manager may still be entering your previous password. Enter the new password manually and update any saved login details.
Your account may also still be temporarily or permanently locked.

I cannot sign in with Google
Make sure you are selecting the Google account that is linked to your GoalsMapper account.
Your organisation may also restrict third-party Google sign-in.
I cannot access any of my GoalsMapper sign-in methods
My Passkey is not working
Make sure you are using the device, browser profile or password manager where your Passkey is stored.
You can use another available sign-in method if you cannot access your Passkey.

I cannot access any of my sign-in methods
Contact GoalsMapper Support if you:
- No longer have access to your registered email address
- Cannot access your linked Google account
- Cannot access your Passkey
- Believe someone else may have attempted to access your account
For security reasons, Support may need to verify your identity before restoring access.
Never send your password, Passkey or verification code to GoalsMapper Support.
