Use the Forgot Password option if you cannot remember the password for your GoalsMapper account.
Resetting your password
- Go to the GoalsMapper login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address registered to your GoalsMapper account.
- Select Reset Password.
- Open the password reset email sent to you.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
After resetting your password, return to the GoalsMapper login page and sign in using your new password.
Important things to check
- Enter the same email address that you use for your GoalsMapper account.
- Use the latest password reset email you received, as older reset links may no longer be valid.
- Enter your new password manually instead of using a password automatically saved by your browser.
- Update the password stored in your browser or password manager.
Do I need to reset my password if I use Google or a Passkey?
Not necessarily.
If you normally access GoalsMapper using Sign in with Google or a Passkey, try your usual sign-in method first.
Resetting your GoalsMapper password does not reset your Google password or Passkey.
Is your account locked?
Resetting your password may not automatically unlock your account.
If your account has been temporarily locked, wait for the temporary lockout period to end before trying again.
If your account has been permanently locked after 20 unsuccessful attempts, contact GoalsMapper Support to request an account unlock.
