GoalsMapper supports email and password, Google sign-in and Passkeys.
If you cannot access any of your configured sign-in methods, contact GoalsMapper Support.
Examples include:
- You no longer have access to your registered email address.
- You cannot access your linked Google account.
- You lost the device containing your Passkey.
- You forgot your password and cannot receive the password reset email.
- Your account has been permanently locked.
- You believe your account may have been accessed by someone else.
Information to provide
Include the following in your support request:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your organisation or company name
- The sign-in methods you can no longer access
- A brief description of what happened
- Any error message displayed
For security reasons, GoalsMapper Support may need to verify your identity with your organisation’s administrator before restoring access.
Information you should never provide
Do not send Support:
- Your password
- Your Google password
- Your Passkey
- Your device PIN
- A one-time verification code
- Backup authentication codes
GoalsMapper Support will never ask you to disclose this information.
