If you're having trouble downloading your generated Will (draft or Final Will) on an iPad, the steps depend on which browser you're using.
Using Safari
- Open Settings on your iPad
- Scroll down and tap Apps
- Select Safari
Under General, turn off Block Pop-ups
- Return to GM Legacy and download the Will again. The PDF should now open or download successfully.
Using Chrome
- When you tap Download Will, Chrome may prompt you to allow a pop-up or open the file
- Tap Allow or Open when prompted
- The downloaded PDF will be saved to the Files app on your iPad
- Open the Files app to view your downloaded Will
Tip: If you don't see the file immediately, check the Downloads folder within the Files app.
