What should I do if my client wants to rewrite their Will?

It is best to rewrite the Will if your client has a significant change in their circumstances. 

The new Will must also be signed and witnessed to be valid.

If you have an existing final Will on GM Legacy platform, you can duplicate the existing final Will and edit it. Note that 1 Will credit will be deducted from your balance.

1. Go to "View all Wills/Manage Payments"
   
2. Find the Will you want to rewrite
3. Click the three dots (⋮) on the right and select "Rewrite a New Will"
