With the latest security enhancement, we have implemented 6 digits pin that protects your client's data.
Your clients can set the 6 digits pin when they've opened the link and they can reset the password if they've forgotten the password set previously.
To reset the password, they can click on "Forget Passcode" and we will trigger the new reset link to their email address provided by you.
Here is an example of the email that we will send to your client to reset a new passcode.
After which, they can revisit the same link to enter the new passcode to continue with their digital fact-find journey.
