To customise required fields for digital fact finder,
Access your Digital Fact Finder and under "Customize Form",
Open the section that you will like to customise, currently, the section that can be customised are:
1. Basic Information
2. Income
3. Assets
4. Expenses
Under "Customise Options" Create templates based on your desired target segments.
Your client can opt to skip the required fields when they fill the digital fact finder. When client tried to move to the next step, a "skip" icon will appear for them to skip the field.
After they have skipped, the field will be grey out, however, they are still able to opt to edit it if they want to by clicking on the pen icon.
