Submitting a mortgage enquiry is quick and easy.
To get started, log in to your GoalsMapper platform and either:

Click the 9-dot grid at the top right and select GM Mortgage, or

Click Send Enquiry from the GM Mortgage widget on your main dashboard.
Once your enquiry has been submitted, here's what happens next:
- WhatsApp group created – You will receive a WhatsApp Group invite from our GM Mortgage team. The group chat will include you, the Financial Consultant and one of our in-house GM Mortgage Specialists.
- Add your client – You will then add your client to the WhatsApp group.

Information gathering – If required, the Mortgage Specialist will obtain additional information from your client, such as:
- Type of loan (new purchase, refinance, etc.)
- Loan amount
- Lock-in period (if applicable)
- Existing loan details (if applicable)
- Other information required by the banks
- Loan proposal – Our Mortgage Specialist will compare available options and provide the most suitable loan proposal(s) for your client's consideration.
- Application submission – Once your client accepts the proposal, our Mortgage Specialist will assist with preparing and facilitating in the submission of the loan application.
- Meeting arrangement (if required) – If your client prefers a face-to-face discussion, our Mortgage Specialist can arrange a physical meeting with you and your client.
- Bank approval & legal process – Upon the bank's approval, our Mortgage Specialist will coordinate with the appointed lawyer where applicable.
- Letter of Offer – Your client signs the bank's Letter of Offer to proceed with the loan.
- Referral fee – Once the loan is successfully approved and completed, you will receive the referral fee in accordance with the GM Mortgage referral programme. Click here to learn more about the referral fee.
This end-to-end process allows you to stay involved in your client's journey while our GM Mortgage Specialist handles the technical aspects of the mortgage application.
