GM Mortgage Specialist will only engage your clients through your introduction or referral.
The process will be as follows:
Step 1 - Client Engagement
You can reach out and present to your clients the various rates and interest savings through GoalsMapper Scenario planning.
Step 2 - Client Indicate Interest
If your client is interested in mortgage refinancing, you can then refer your client to a GM Mortgage Specialist or you can have the GM Mortgage Specialist contact you to follow up.
Step 3 - Arrange a Mortgage Planning Session
Depending on the choice you made in Step 2, You, the Mortgage Specialist & Client will meet to discuss their mortgage needs.
If the client decides to take on the loan packages offered by GM Mortgage, the Mortgage Specialist will initiate the Loan Application.
Step 4 - Follow up on Loan Application
GM Mortgage Specialist updates you on Client’s Mortgage Status.
Step 5 - LOAN ACCEPTANCE
You’ll be notified of introducer fee payout 4-6 weeks after loan acceptance
