- Our mortgage specialist will share with you the various loan packages that are available in the market and once you have decided on a package, we can proceed with the loan application.
- Loan Application
- We will submit your full documents to our trusted banker. Our banker will access your loan portfolio and take 5-7 working days to get it approved.
- Loan Approved
- Once your loan is approved, our banker will contact you directly to explain the Letter of Offer (LOA) either via Zoom or Phone Call. As our bankers are still practicing safety Covid-measures, they will not meet face-to-face.
- LOA Acceptance
- After you have accepted the Letter of Offer, we will arrange the nearest law firm for you at your convenience
- Legal
- Within the notice period (2-3 months), our conveyancing lawyer will invite you down to the law firm to sign the mortgage legal papers.
- Valuation
- 2 weeks after your have accepted the Letter of Offer, our valuer will schedule a date to drop by your place to do valuation
