This fee covers Precepts Trustee’s assessment and acceptance of the executorship appointment, regardless of whether the appointment is as the primary executor or as a final substitute.
If the testator’s first-choice executor ultimately agrees to act, will the appointment fee be refunded?
No. The appointment fee is charged upon the inclusion of Precepts Trustee as executor and trustee in the Will. It is a non-refundable fee, regardless of whether Precepts Trustee eventually needs to act in the role.
