Why can't GoalsMapper determine if the user has achieved BRS, FRS or ERS for profiles above 55 years old?

For Profiles above 55 years old, the RA account would have been created.

As the amount used to determine whether the user achieved ERS, FRS or BRS excludes interest earned by the RA account, it is not possible for GoalsMapper to back-calculate and determine if the BRS/FRS or ERS is achieved when the user is at age 55.
