In Singapore, a Notary Public is not required for a Will signed with a thumbprint.
Where execution is by thumbprint, the final printed Will must be marked RT or LT beside the thumbprint.
Note: RT = Right Thumb, LT = Left Thumb
There is also no requirement for the executor to have specific qualifications in such cases. (Assuming “administer” refers to the administration of the estate.)
