Do I need to pay for this?
Yes, the Assistant Plus Pack is an add-on annual subscription to your existing annual GoalsMapper plan.

How does it work?
Your PA gets a separate, secure login with two-factor authentication (2FA)—eliminating the need to share your own account credentials.
You will be able to:
✅ Monitor all PA activity via the client timeline
✅ Stay informed of updates, tasks, and changes made by your assistant
What permissions does my PA have?

How long does it take to set up an account?
Once payment is received and your PA’s information is submitted (such as name, email, and role assignment), setup typically takes around two business days.
During this period, we’ll:
- Create and secure your PA’s separate login with 2FA
- Configure role-based permissions in GoalsMapper
- Conduct internal tests and deploy access
- Provide you with a setup confirmation and timeline to go live
We’ll notify you once the account is ready, and your PA can then begin supporting your workflow securely.
