Sometimes, older versions of the Platform might have been cached by the browser. In order to refresh the Platform and reload the latest version, you can do a "Hard" refresh on the browser.

- Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
- Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
Firefox
- For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Safari (Mac)
- Go to
Safari > Empty Cache

In Chrome
When you clear the cache in Chrome on your iPad you have more options than you do on Safari. Here’s how to clean up your Chrome cache on iPad.

Tap the three horizontal dots in the upper right. Then tap Settings.

Scroll down to Privacy and tap it.

Tap Clear Browsing Data.

Select the option Cached Images and Files and keep everything else unchecked. Then tap Clear Browsing Data. Tap again to confirm.
