A Will can cater for various types of assets, including:
- Real estate
- Bank accounts
- Personal belongings (jewellery, vehicles, etc.)
- Investments and stocks
- Digital assets. Certain assets, such as CPF savings or joint accounts, are handled separately.
Currently on GM Legacy Will generator, you are only able to list the following asset type(s):
- Cash Gifts (by absolute amount)
- Bank Accounts
- Investment Accounts
- Insurance without nomination
- HBD
- Private Properties
- Overseas Properties (if applicable)
Note: All other assets (including assets listed above with 'no specific allocation' select, assets not listed above, and future assets) will fall under the residuary estate.
