As most of our merchants engage 3rd party delivery couriers, it is usually based on the respective couriers' processes.
Our merchants will do their best to fulfil the delivery (i.e Calling the recipient if there is no answer at the door and receiving instructions to leave it at their door step etc.)
However, if the merchant is not able to reach the recipient and/or the sender, a redelivery will be attempted at an additional fee subject to each merchant.
For perishable products, we would advise that you inform your clients that they will be expecting a gift from you. So they can ensure that someone is available to receive the gift.
