Set up your clients' annual review and kick start the annual review appointment with GoalsMapper.
What does Annual Review automation do?
- Sending an invitation to schedule an annual review.
- Manage the list of clients enrolled in the automation
To set up this enrollment:
In your GoalsMapper account, navigate to the left pane, select Automation and focus on the Annual Review.
To enrol manually, click "Assign to Contact",
Search the contact by entering and clicking on the contact’s preferred name.
If the annual Review Date for the selected client has not been updated, we will inform you and provide you with the page you can update within the same window.
To send annual review to all your clients with the "Annual Review Date" updated,
Toggle the "Automated" on.
To manage the list of clients on annual review automation:
Click into the automation and select the "Client" tab and you will see all the contacts enrolled.
To update the client's Annual Review Date:
From the respective contact summary page, click on the edit icon,
You will see a "Edit Profile" window appear, scroll to the bottom and you should see the "Annual Review Date" field.
