Never miss a reminder on policy premium payment for your clients.
Automate your premium reminder service processes and make you more efficient by selecting clients to enrol policies for premium reminder messages in advance.
What does policy premium reminder automation do?
- Customise sending of policy premium payment reminders by monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually
- Automated WhatsApp Text will be sent to the Owners of the Policies number of days prior to the premium due date
- Manage the list of clients enrolled for the premium reminder automation
To create a reminder:
In your GoalsMapper account, navigate to the left pane, select Automation and click on “Policy Premium Reminder”.
There are 2 options that you can create an automated reminder for premium due,

- click "ASSIGN TO CONTACT" to manually assign automation to individual contact
- toggle on "AUTOMATED" to enrol all eligible (with premium due date provided) contacts
Manual Assignment
For manually assigning individual contacts. You can search for the contact by entering and clicking on the contact’s preferred name.
- Check and update the policy owners’ contact numbers.
- Select the policy for Premium Reminder automation.
Bulk Enrolment
To enrol all your clients with automation to remind them about their upcoming premium due date, all you will need to do is to toggle the "AUTOMATED" on.
Manage the Enrolment List
To see the list of contacts that has been enrolled in the automation, you can click onto To manage the list of clients on premium reminder automation:
- In your GoalsMapper account, navigate to the left pane, select "Automation" and click on “Show Process”.
- Click on “Clients” to show the list of clients currently enrolled in the Premium reminder automation.
