Use the Digital Review Form to get an update from your clients and review the changes to their financial information before saving them into the client profile.
You must first select the contact you want to get an update on their financial information on the contacts page. You will see the "Digital Review Form" button to generate the digital review form.
After clicking on the "Digital Review Form" button, a pop-up window will appear for you to select which of the client/ clients in the joint profile to request updated information.
We have added a security feature that protects your clients' information with the 6-digit pins. You can reset the pins.
We strongly recommend you send the link separately from the 6-digit passcode to ensure that only the right client can open the link.
Your client can only access the Digital Review Form with the correct 6-digit pin entered.
