Does this PDPA consent covers me for the usage, collection and disclosure of Personal Data to my company / firm?

No. This consent is only giving consent for the appointed Representative to use, collect and disclose the Personal Data to GoalsMapper Pte Ltd. You would have to obtain your own consent for your company / firm.
