1. What is a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you to appoint trusted individuals (Donees) to make decisions on your behalf if you lose mental capacity.
LPA Form 1 can now be completed fully online via the Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) portal.
It is only suitable for those who choose to appoint:

📌 If you need more flexibility (e.g. more than 2 Donees, more than 1 Replacement Donee, or grant your Donees specific/customised powers), send in an enquiry to find out more about LPA Form 2.
