Step 1. Enable the universal analytics tracking ID
To connect Google Analytics to Personalised Website, you will need to enable the universal analytics tracking ID in your Google Analytics account:
1) Go to your Google Analytics dashboard: analytics.google.com
2) Navigate to the lower-left corner and click Admin.
3) Create a property and click Show advanced options.
4) Toggle on the Create a Universal Analytics property option.
5) Finish creating your property and exit the create a property page.
Step 2. Copy your Google Analytics Tracking ID:
6) Navigate to the left sidebar.
7) Click the dropdown list arrow directly below the Create Property button to expand the list.
8) Select the name of your created property.
9) Then, open the Tracking Info tab.
10) Click Tracking Code.
11) Copy the Tracking ID from the top left corner (see screenshot above)
12) copy into Google Analytics under Other Settings in Website Builder.
