How do I split a contact record into individual client and spouse record?

You can split a Joint-Planning contact record into individual Single-Planning contact records by following the steps below.

1. Go to Contact Summary
2. Click on 3 dots at the top right corner of the page
3. Click on the Split Contact

When you split a Joint-Planning contact into 2 Single-Planning contact, the original contact records will be untouched.

P.S Goals and Scenarios will not be in the new Single-Planning records
