To create more than one client via spreadsheet, download the sample spreadsheet from the bottom right of the window.
Here are the fields that can be updated via the sample spreadsheet.

* Mandatory Fields
** Separate the values with ";" sign.
After updating the sample spreadsheet, click "Select a file" and upload the file to create the contacts.
Mapping of the fields should be automatic without much adjustment required.
