Steps to download Income Tax Statement for mortgage loan application

For IRAS documents, go to http://www.iras.gov.sg

1. Click LOGIN
   
   
   
2. Select Personal Tax
   
   
   
   
   
3. Scan with Singpass app or enter your Singpass ID and Password to login
   Note that there will be 2FA authentication
   
   OR
   
   
4. Click Inbox and select Individual
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select Notice of Assessment (Individual) under Notice Type and click SEARCH
   
   
   
   
6. Click on your latest Notice of Assessment (Individual), and your statement will appear in a new window
   
   
7. Click the download icon on the top of the page to download file onto your computer
