Can i disable the income tax calculation?

Yes.

To disable the calculation of the income tax, you can click on "Start planning" on the client profile. 

 
Then within "Edit Planning Assumptions",   click on "Other Settings" tab and toggle from "Yes" to "No" for "Auto Compute Income Tax".
