NOTES:
- This is to update the contacts that have already been created on the GoalsMapper Platform;
- The id column within the CSV file export helps to identify the respective client to be changed;
- The fields that can be updated for the existing clients are as follow:

Steps to bulk update basic information of all your clients:
- Generate the CSV file by clicking on the "Update" icon on the contact listing page
- Open the CSV file in google Sheets or excel and update the content and save it in CSV format
- Click on import at the top right corner and select the "Update" function
- Go through the guided steps to map the columns
1. Generate the CSV file by clicking on the "Update" icon
To bulk update the clients, you will need to select the clients you would like to update first, and we will export their basic information via a CSV file.
2. Open the CSV file in google Sheets or excel and update the content and save it in CSV format
The header of the columns can map perfectly without much adjustment, hence please do not change the header name. The first column is the client_id which we use to update your client information. Please do not delete the first columns as well.
3. Click on "Import" at the top right corner and select the "Update" function
Once you have updated the CSV file and are ready to update, click on the "Import" button.
Click on "Update" to update the existing clients in the CSV file.

4. Go through the guided steps to map the columns
If you follow the steps above without changing the column headers and id column. There should not be much mapping required.
